Can only deal with Stihl through a dealer and dealer is often not very helpful. What is Stihl hiding from?
Purchased HSA 65 chordless hedge trimmer. Product never worked since after first time it was used.
Pull the trigger and battery red light come on. Dealer states it is a jam problem due to stickey cutting blades. Sprayed with Stihl blade lubricant after every use. But still every time I go to use, even it sat idle for few days, machine blades don't move and battery red lights come on.
Have to spray again hoping to unjam blades. Every time I use trimmer I had to do this. Last time I used it blades would not move at all regardless of how long it sat after being sprayed. What is the sense of this product when it is never ready when you are.
Clearly a temperamental and poorly engineered product. Returned it do dealer to get my money back or a replacement machine. Dealer stated no can do unless I contact Stihl first. So what is Stihl hiding from?
If it is poor engineering then they should hide. And I am still stuck with an expensive piece of junk.
