Twice I've needed a part that broke. It can take a couple months to receive it. My weed eater had a broken part, and based on my last experience with a broken part, it can take up to and maybe more than two weeks.

My weeds are high and I guess they expect you to buy a new one?

Bought 3 stihl weed eaters got them home not a one would spin fast enough to cut weeds

They tell people they are made in the USA which is a lie they are made in China n Japan and assembled here . When I bought those weed eaters and they wouldn't hardly run I took them to the place I bought them from and the guy tried for an hour to adjust the carb and he couldn't get them to do anything.

Stilh is now made put of plastic even some of the beri is are plastic. I've sealed with stilh for 50 years they use to be good now a piece of junk that false advertises

Second time Ive taken my chainsaw in for a part overheating and breaking the chain tightener the vendor decided to sharpen the blade and supposedly straighten the bar and wants to charge me $60 was never discussed. Was only there for the repair under the warranty and then complained about how they were not being paid for what they really did Totaling $190 very unprofessional and still waiting to find out the results before picking up my chainsaw from customer service

Because I spent 350 to get a lawn mower fixed 3rd time starting it fell apart

I have spent 350 dollars to do some work on my mower it's been started 3 times ad fell apart because of rust from the handle right through the frame ad the tell me they didn't notice it if u r gd at ur job u would have seen it the lawn mower is 350 dollars peice of rubbish I would have brought a new one if they had told me not happy at all just to be told its my fault

Stopped pumping. Cheap plastic valves broke under warranty Stihl refused to cover, said unit was frozen, it was stored in Gainesville Florida.

Joe Signs Power and Stihl Tech playing games passing responsibility. Customer service is in India, don't hold your breath if you think they stand behind their low grade equipment.

Fs70 bad clutch

bought a fs70 weed eater in april of 2023. in October of 2023 the clutch went bad.

Stihl said that because i took the deflector off the head they would not cover the broken clutch because I altered it. BS

Gouging price increase rediculous amount honor the price before the increase or kiss Stihl good bye . Stihl does not offer a live person to talk to in customer service another reason to not purchase a Stihl . Talk to the dealer and their comment was Stihl has not turned out to be the company they started out being and they are evaluating their continued sales of Stihl products

I got a chain saw I paid 600 dollar for an Johnston home center inagusr I used it thirty min on the day I bought it an it *** off an would not start then I took it back an they said they fix it then a month later I checked on it an they said they order part for it then the last day of October I called an they said it was ready Iwhen I got there they said they did not put an knew part on it that it was flood an i ask if they where serious to keep something thtee months an say thet where ordering part then when i got back home u started to use it an five min into it stoped working now i called them an sthil an said i wanted my monet back ot a knew saw an they said it was to old an it was usef for maybe 25 min old it say on sthil web siye if your not haooy or satisfied that you can get a money bacj ora new saw but it back eith them an i have niy heard from eather one of them again i just want a chain saw. I tried to contact sthil customer service wit (2) call a day for (5) days.. when I finally did get thru a rude customer service rep put me on hold and left me for @4 min..

I just hung up.. all I got to say was that I bought a br700 a week ago.. she cut me off and told me to hold.. had I known once I googled the info that once you put fuel in it you stuck..

I used it (1) time for 10 min and saw I needed more power.. was curious about upgrading to the br800.. now im gon sell this br700..

lose $ on the deal and buy echo .. lesson learned
