After calling a 2nd number, was able to talk with Chad...great conversation.
First number I called, placed on hold for over 20 minutes
Awful. The phone number I got was a US one, and I'm in Canada.
The customer service person gave me supposedly the Canadian number, which happened to be an e-commerce number/scam.
I managed to find another number, and the person there explained to me, on my third call, that the customer service is managed by dealerships in Quebec.
When I found a dealer, it was not the case. So, I'm stuck with my rusty, brand-new, Swiss-made Felco pruners.
