I got the saw about 4 to 5 months ago I was using it and just died I have a 2 year warranty on it so I took it in at VanBuren, Arkansas to the Yeager's store where I bought the saw. They told me there would be a 3 weeks before they could look at it.

Whit what I'm doing I can not wait 3 weeks. There service is not great, the people are rude and generally do not live up to their warranties or comments. Need the saw fixed. I could understand a small wait but 3 weeks.

They need a person to just work on the Stihl products full time if there are so many that need to be fixed, not just one who works when he or she wants to take the time to their obligations.

Will go back to Poulan saws which is where I should have stayed, at least they do live up to their advertisements. Not ever going to buy another Stihl product.
