We own a few of the Stihl products , that don't seem to last like the older units. I tried to order part from Stihl and they said to use their Authorized dealers on their web site.

Went to the first one and was told they are not ordering parts at this time. Tried a second on who quoted and said the parts would be three days. One month later, still not here. They blame Stihl.

When I call Stihl, they say try some of the other ones listed. NOW there is customer service.

Summer is half over, and I am still not able to use the machine.

We tried a different manufacture and got what we needed.

Stihl is no longer the name it once was. Save your time and buy a reputable products.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
