We have a small lawn & landscape business. Our Professional $400 trimmers keep losing these tiny metal pieces located inside the head which guide the string properly and keep the string in place. Of COURSE you can't buy them...you have to buy new heads. Not too bad...

Stihl - Hard to start, or keep running,only 2 tanks of ethanolfree g

Owner error per vendor not quite 2 tanks used w/ethanol free gas..german made Pos..I don't need to contact stihl thats what vendors are for!..never again!

Purchased $2,000 dollars in Stihl products one problem.

I have a bran new Stihl Farm Boss. Cut about 1 hour. The retaining ring came off the clutch. Stihl won't cover. It is my fault I did not catch it before more damage done.

Stihl - Ms 261 junk

Rebuilded a ms 261. It ran for about 45 min and ate the piston. And now after A new cylinder and piston it cut for 10 min using 40-1 mix it did it again. WTF are theses saw just a piece of *** ?

Stihl - *** on there warranty

I bought a ms391 only had it for 2 months the oil tank cracked. They do not want to replace it. I've never had a tank crack when i'm only debratching trees they say its not uder warranty
