Only if you live in the US
I went to Home Hardware where I purchased the trimmer and they gave me a Canadian number to call.
Totally useless if you don't live in the US!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?
Blow it were good for one day and that’s it
I havent had no help from nobody Ive called. I emailed and nobody seems to help me.
I took it to Lowes ace on daily and they will not help me either. I dont know what to do.
I pay good money for it and I cannot use it. Its brand-new but he wont start.
Lack of response.
I initiated an online inquiry for a replacement component for my brush cutter over a month ago. Two weeks ago, after no response, I called their CUSStomer service number.
I was given an apology, and told that my issue would be expedited. Two weeks later, I received the same story from a CSA that I could barely understand. I'm as mad as a wet cat!
Stihls customer service is non-existent. Buy something else...Buy

Verified ReviewerNew battery operated lawnmower
Used for the first time today. The battery lasted 20 minutes, not even close to the 2.5 hours quoted in the book.
I paid $850 for a piece of junk. It took me 1.5 hours to do the lawn with a gas mower. Luckily, I had my faithful old one to do the job. This is only useful for a city 12 by 12 lawn.
A second battery is $229, and I would still be running back and forth to a charger to get the lawn done. Useless. Was it tested in a lab, or did someone actually cut a lawn? I am a 66-year-old woman who was not using it aggressively.
Shameful product to sell to unsuspecting people. I see the warranty is for 30 days, so this is garbage now.
- Pretty colour
- Battery powered size are made a very cheap plastic
User's recommendation: Do not purchase Stihl battery operated lawnmower if you have a large lawn
Lack of support
After 10 days still have not replied to my complaint.
I paid a stehl dealer to fix it in the end. I gave with Stehl in the end
Leaf Blower stoped working

Chainsaw quit after one day of cutting small trees
Our local dealer Coltrain Hardware in Ayden, NC would not replace a brand new $500 Chainsaw nor take the part needed off a new one after one day of our use cutting small trees off a residential ditch bank. Nothing was larger than 3 inches in diameter.Dealer said we will have to wait 3 weeks approximately to get part and repaired.
This was not satisfactory to us so i called stihl. Thankfully, Matt at StihlTech Customer Service called the dealer and told them it was under warranty (we even bought extended warranty) and would not have to wait for part nor be charge for shipping or repair. So, Matt at Stihlwas great. Shipped part right out.
We will never do business with this store again. Their manager(Jamie) is the most unfriendly and unprofessional customer service person we have dealt with!
The part that broke after one day use was in the Trigger Mechanism.
So far, we still dont have our chainsaw.
TU for your concern and follow-up.
User's recommendation: Call Stihl for problems.

So far nothing has been done to help me with my problem. Just referred twice to “technical support “.
The handle is made of very cheap and brittle plastic, apparently. So now a seven to $800 saw that has only been used a half dozen times to make a couple of quick cuts is rendered relatively useless. Very dissatisfied with this. I have several other Stihl saws in my arsenal, one of which is over 40 years old that I use almost every single day.
It is virtually indestructible. This new electric battery-powered one is very disappointing, considering it broke so easily.

Preferred solution: Fix or replaced.

Help with weed wacker
Man told me how to resolve issue and my problem was fixed. My problem was that cord wasn’t feeding from the spool. I was getting frustrated tryi
User's recommendation: Good support
They told me 7 to 10 days to get back with me as to what they will do about the two bad batteries. I am waiting for that response.
The customer service representative was fine, he told me 5 to 10 days to get back with me to resolve my problem with the two bad batteries and I am waiting for that but his response was nice and polite
Dissatisfied
I am unable to acquire aerator blade for still yard boss after visiting three authorized Stihl retailers. Furthermore, none of which were able to tell me when the blades would be in stock and how many blades were included as well.
This was extremely frustrating to me as each different stihl retailer had a yard boss on site at each respective site.
In light of aforementioned, I had no choice but to contact Stihl directly as they only deal with authorized retailers and I only found that out after contacting the retailer in Midlothian, VA via telephone. So much for Customer Service..
User's recommendation: Do unto others as you would like in return…

Verified Reviewer |Stihl RB 200 pressure washer
This pressure washer is a total waste of money. It's been through two mufflers and needs a third.
It has burned two hoses on the exhaust and needs a third; not to mention, before the last hose burned, it would stall out if the wand was not kept open. This has been the worst pressure washer I've had yet, and I've had about a dozen in my time.
- Saws great
- Pressure washer not great
Preferred solution: A solution to the problem and possibly refund money I shouldn't have had to spend after my initial purchase.

Verified ReviewerRusted Felco pruners after 1 month
I supposed to get help but the person is on vacation for 2 weeks. So, I’m waiting.
Awful. The phone number I got was a US one, and I'm in Canada.
The customer service person gave me supposedly the Canadian number, which happened to be an e-commerce number/scam.
I managed to find another number, and the person there explained to me, on my third call, that the customer service is managed by dealerships in Quebec.
When I found a dealer, it was not the case. So, I'm stuck with my rusty, brand-new, Swiss-made Felco pruners.
- Renowed brand with lifetime warranty
- No answers
- Low quality for high price
- No customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |Poor service, lied to , and was told there would be no check out Fee and they charged me $40 which is fine, but don’t tell me nothing and then charge
I have not heard anything from Stihl
I got a call stating it needed an engine, which would cost $500. I went up there to talk to them because they couldn't give me any reason why they said that's what it needs to fix it. They asked, 'Do you want it or not?' I found out I could buy the engine I was told for $320, so I ordered it and paid for it. When it comes in, all I get is a piston and a jug and rings.
I said this is not an engine. He says, according to Steel, that's the whole engine.
I've been doing business there unsatisfied for over 25 years; every time they work on my saw, I have to take it somewhere else. I just went and bought a Husqvarna saw because I am through with this nonsense.
- Have used the product for over 25 years have six pieces of equipment
- Cannot buy the parts yourself you have to go to the steel dealer and put up with their abuse
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: I would not go to Beasley‘s in mineral if it was the last place on earth, I would just buy a new saw
