I tried to remove the spark plug boot from the plug and the wire came right out. The wire is so short I cannot get it back in the boot to attach it to the plug spring. Maybe it is moot since the damn saw would not start even though I followed manual directions as well...

Stihl in Bedford, Ohio - Chainsaw does stay running

Bought the chainsaw about 30 days ago. Dealer can't or will not fix it. It is under warenty. Stihl will not make it right. Took it in three or four times. Talked with their customer service numerous time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. {{Redacted}}

Stihl - Terrible repair service

Purchased a chain saw from an Ace Hardware in Crystal Springs, Ms. Brought the saw for repair(not running well. Picked up after 2 weeks, took it home, idle well but would not rev up. Took it back, was told the fuel line was collapsing. They order a fuel line, after 2 weeks still in shop. I was told that they have no mechanic to make repair because he does not show up regularly. Stihl should not have that kind of place selling their equipment.

Stihl - Ms271

I wouldn’t buy another stilh product again. Not even 2 yrs old great condition used it 2 times maybe 6 hrs running. They tell me customer error no lubrication and I killed the saw. It’s such bs but of course they can tell you all about their testing and it’s your fault no matter what you say to them because they don’t want to own up to the fact that they had many problems with this chain saw. I will never buy their product again. There service sucks
