Bought s saw because w needed a saw. Couldn't start it.

Finally did but found the chain was on backwards. Never could get it started again. Rural King would not replace it because they had to have repairguy look at it first. He wasn't in.

Next day we call and he's busy. Can't look at it until following Monday. WE NEED A SAW NOW. We still didn't have it back.

Had to go buy another one which started immediately and had the chain in right for half the cost.

Now you can't even get thru to customer service at stihl without giving an email address and leaving a recording. NEVER WILL BUY STIHL AGAIN Wtf

Bought a chainsaw. Will not run for over about three minutes, even though I warranty, The dealer will not fix it.

Customer Service position is to just back up the dealer. Have been trying to get it repaired since buying it about 30 days ago.
