Hope you never have any of their equipment break down. They will not help you, just make excuses of how it was your fault.

I had a leaf blower for a year and a half with 5 to 7 hours on it. Using it one day and it got hot. Took it to local dealer under warranty. Place didn't know *** so I called into Stihl myself.

They said it's my fault if must of had water in my gas!! The *** thing run *** good for having water in the gas!! Said inside was red and rusted!! Did I not tell u it got *** hot??

You don't thing that would have anything to do wit it?? I've owned Stihl my whole life but never again. I know alot about engines. They will just make u sound like a dumb ***.

If it breaks it's your fault!! *** poor company!!
